1968 912 Coupe

Up for sale is this custom unique built 68 912. Very little is known on who did the body work and cosmetics of this car. It was purchased as part of an estate sale.
Car does have steel flares that have been properly installed along with steel bumpers and a fiberglass deck lid. Paint is in driver condition but can be improved with some wet sanding and buffing, but as you can see in the photos the car looks great as is.
All the interior components are there in functioning order, still good enough for a daily driver but could be easily cleaned up to look more original. Seats are in great condition with a bit of driver patina in them.
Engine is non matching but period correct and has been professionally rebuilt from the crank up. Transmission has also been rebuilt at the same time the engine was done.
Underbody is very solid with original floor pans and no signs of accidents. Koni shocks all the way around.
Overall a very solid 912 to drive around as is. What could be a perfect candidate for a 911 engine swap.
