1972 Porsche 911E 2.7L Engine

This Porsche Type 911/52 flat six-was produced for use in a 1972 Porsche 911E. The displacement was increased to 2.7 liters during a rebuild circa 2006 and the engine retains its 911E camshafts. Features include a distributor, engine tin, cooling fan and shroud, airbox, exhaust components, and Bosch mechanical fuel injection. The engine was recently installed and run for approximately 300 miles before being removed in anticipation of the sale.
